Frank Chinn – As immediate past chairman of the Board of Directors for Unitus Community Credit Union ($1.2B) in Portland, Oregon, Chinn chairs its Executive and Nominating Committee and serves on the Governance and Finance Committees. Recently appointed to CUNA’s Volunteer Leadership Committee, he is very involved with credit union advocacy and has memberships in CUNA, CUES, NACUC and WOCCU. Chinn has also served many years on the Portland Rose Festival Board and was President from 2015-2016. With a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Western Washington University and a Masters of Music Education from Lewis and Clark College, he spent his career teaching band and music to students in Oregon and Washington for 34 years. He lives in Tigard, Oregon with his wife, Becky, and has two daughters, Emily and Alison.
