Mary Beth Sullivan is a founder and the Managing Partner of Capital Performance Group, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in Strategy, Marketing, Distribution Planning, and Risk Management for financial services companies and organizations with a stake in the financial services industry. Mary Beth and the CPG team focus on designing and implementing strategies for growth and improved profitability for banks, thrifts, credit unions, specialized financial services companies, insurance and investment management businesses, payments companies, fintech companies, industry associations, and vendors to the financial services industry.
Mary Beth often works closely with Executive Management and Boards of Directors on strategy engagements, helping them to address emerging trends, build new revenue streams, and create efficient operating models to achieve targeted business and financial results. CPG also specializes in line of business planning, customer and market analytics, product design, value proposition improvement, brand strategy, distribution planning, and marketing planning and execution support.
CPG partners each year with American Banker to assess bank industry performance, rank the Top Performing Banks in the U.S., and provide commentary on the factors driving high performance in the banking industry. Before forming CPG in 2001, Mary Beth worked as a Senior Managing Director at Furash & Company, a management consulting firm in Washington, DC, and held a variety of management positions at JPMorgan Chase in New York.
