I currently serve as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at PrimeWay Federal Credit Union, where I help guide strategic direction, oversee governance practices, and ensure alignment with member interests. In this role, I contribute to board-level decision making on financial oversight, litigation strategy, contractor disputes, and risk management, while also supporting long-term planning and organizational growth.
My board service extends to the Nominating Committee and the Governmental Affairs Committee, where I play a role in shaping board composition and advancing advocacy efforts that strengthen the credit union movement. Previously, I served as Chairman of the Supervisory Committee, gaining deep experience in regulatory compliance, NCUA investigations, and Suspicious Activity Report reviews.
Beyond governance, I bring international professional experience, having played basketball in New Zealand, Belgium, and France, which gave me unique exposure to civic leadership, cultural diplomacy, and global adaptability. This background strengthens my ability to navigate diverse perspectives and foster strategic alignment.
I am currently expanding my expertise through CUES Unlimited Membership, including Harvard ManageMentor modules such as Finance Essentials, Strategic Thinking, and Decision Making. These programs reinforce my commitment to continuous learning and board readiness.
