I have the best job ever! As the Vice President of Marketing and Development at Bay Federal Credit Union, I have the privilege of working with incredibly talented and passionate people who are committed to serving the community. I am a champion for our culture and brand. I get to think outside of the box with our wildly creative and dedicated in-house Marketing team that operate as an on-site advertising and public relations agency. I have the honor of helping 220+ employees achieve their personal and professional development goals through our Education and Development team. Our Financial Education program brings essential life skills to local schools, non-profits and community groups. And, I have the pleasure of working with businesses and non-profits throughout the tri-county area on networking, community development, and volunteer opportunities.
Each day, I have the opportunity to bring the very best forward for our organization in the credit union philosophy of "people helping people." This has resonated with me throughout my life's work. Since my early career as a teller, through my advocacy work on a local, state and national level, my tenure in healthcare, and through my work with Bay Federal Credit Union. It's magical and beautiful when people work on a common goal with a spirit of collaboration!
