Bio

Currently, I am the Member Loyalty Manager for Oregon Community Credit Union as they begin their journey into implementing their member feedback system and NPS, into their strategic plans and org initiatives. I'm looking forward to utilizing my strengths coaching skills so we can maximize member action plans and feedback data to make the best decisions for the membership.

I've been designing business processes to simplify large NPS (Net Promoter Score) data sets and collaborate with additional departments to discover trends and summarize key findings through quick analysis and recommendations all with the customer journey at the forefront. I'm certified in NPS and do my best to ensure that decisions are made with a "member-first" mentality.

Previously, I facilitated training for my organization for Call Center employees, leadership development, and new employee onboarding. Additionally, my specialty lies with soft skill and professional development, including public speaking, providing high-impact feedback and improving leader/team development dynamics. I have a strong technical background that allows me to manage systems/org-wide programs, which included our LMS software.

Satisfaction in my role comes from my ability to empower and enable staff to develop consistent and exceptional service transactions. I do this by gathering data and feedback based and incorporating analytics from our learning and development team to develop ever-evolving content. It is critical to impart data and feedback into ILT and eLearning content by utilizing NPS surveys, active verbal feedback and Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation. I use all these elements to ensure my learners build a world class environment to our membership through the L.E.A.R.N methodology and active skills practice.

My core expertise includes storytelling and creating content that will engage viewers. While I'm no longer in video production, I continue to use these skills outside the office or in my hobbies. I am known for being on-air talent, react and work through live on-air situations and proactively keep focus on the story at hand.

My goals over the next few years is to become a Lean Six Sigma green belt. In December of 2020, I officially became a registered Gallup Strengths Coach and am looking forward in 2021 will be joining the CUES Emerge program. I want to use strengths  and data to better develop leaders, teams, and individuals and find what makes them satisfied with their careers. My top 5 talent themes include: Individualization, Strategic, Arranger, Learner, and Achiever.

In my spare time, I enjoy ballet, dance, trail running, theater, bowling, golf, outdoor activities and baking.
