Jimese Harkley is Vice President of Membership at the Credit Union Executive Society (CUES). With more than 17 years of credit union industry experience, Jimese is known for driving innovative ideas, membership engagement, and increasing brand loyalty.
She previously served as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at DiverCity Solutions, where she led operations, research, and client engagement. Before that, she served as the Stewardship and Development Director at Filene Research Institute. If you ask, she will tell you that her most memorable roles were Teller, Branch Specialist, and Philanthropy and Community Relations Manager at America’s First Federal Credit Union.
Jimese holds a Juris Doctorate from Birmingham School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Jacksonville State University, specializing in communication and public relations. She is also a proud Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE). Jimese serves CUES members from her home state, Alabama.
