Leverage the CUES Learning Portal, powered by Degreed
CUES Learning Portal, powered by Degreed, is designed to provide CUES members with access to curated content to support skill development of individuals at all levels within the credit union. Engage with others in groups, develop skills on a specific topic using the curated pathways, recommend learning to others or save learning to curate your own development list. Talent Development Community of Practice
The Community of Practice is a virtual roundtable facilitated by CUES, offering the opportunity for individuals to engage in large or small-group discussion with peers on selected topics. Web cams can be used to connect face-to-face while discussing topics and sharing experiences, asking questions and providing feedback. 

The 45-minute roundtable will include introductions and open discussion on the identified topic. Participants will drive the discussion based on questions, comments, etc. Supportive discussion questions are provided with the registration confirmation to help attendees prepare thoughts for the discussion. A facilitator will help start and guide the initial discussion, but participants should come prepared to share successes, challenges and questions.

Discussion Topics:
This session is open to topics of interest for the group, but we will begin the discussion around best uses or challenges with utilizing external development resources within your credit union. Supportive questions will be provided in the registration confirmation email to guide preparation for the session.
