    Greetings,

    I hope you and your teams are safe.  Your efforts during this time of adversity are extremely valuable and greatly appreciated.  I was talking with a credit union about how the pandemic has placed added emphasis on digital capabilities and this question popped up during our talk.  This credit union is over a billion dollars in assets and is in the infancy stage of revamping their new online account process.   Has your credit union revamped your new online account opening process in the least 12-18 months and feel really good about the results you have seen?
