    Hey Everyone,


    Hope you are all doing well given the circumstances and looking forward to the weekend. A few questions for you to ponder in reference to the services that you're now providing to members who may have been negatively impacted by COVID-19.


    1. If you're doing appointments, how is that going? Is it basically opening the CU or are people only doing it as needed?


    1. Anyone gone to call center and online operations only?


    1. How are people finding the Shared Branching – is CO-OP keeping up enough for members?


    1. Anyone skipping loan payments for 90 days? See below for an article regarding mortgages. How about auto loans, credit cards, personal loans, etc. ?
