    Hi Wesley,

Our Credit Union will be offering text next month and I noticed your offer to share ValleyStar's procedure. I'm interested in this information as well and wondering if you would be willing to share?

    Thank you.

I would be interested in this information as well.

Currently we are considering ZipWhip for this service, but just in the initial stages of review so not able to provide any recommendations.  We're also going to look at Eltropy.

We are looking at utilizing texting for collections and all member service efforts.  We currently use email blasts for marketing – might consider texting for marketing but there are additional requirements for compliance.

We utilize State National for insurance tracking and are in the process of executing an agreement to allow them to text members for updated insurance information.

    Hello –

We're very pleased with our existing vendor Eltropy which we launched in just a matter of days during the onset of COVID. We utilized the platform for business continuity (COVID updates), marketing, collections and lending.  We do provide staff with "protocols" on what should be included in the text based upon the circumstances.

    Good luck!
