    Greetings,

    We are currently in the process of implementing ITMs. I would love the opportunity to speak with any CUs that already have ITMs in place to see how you went about training staff on them; specifically the behavior/culture shift that may occur as a result. If you currently have them deployed and would be open to a conversation or could direct me to your ITM/training team, I would greatly appreciate it!
