Donna,USAlliance Financial will be holding a virtual meeting this year. It is scheduled for next Thursday, and we have around 400 members registered. Normally less than 50 attend the meeting in person.
Our Board discussed a hybrid option, and concluded that being wholly virtual was preferable.

We held our very first virtual Annual Meeting on Friday, May 15th. It was kind of a hybrid because we had some recorded parts, such as the messages from our Loan Review and Supervisory Committees, but then the addresses from our Board Chairman and our CEO were live. There were a few board members present at the meeting site and along with those watching, we were able to have a quorum present. We had a chat box present throughout the meeting, so those watching could write questions for the CEO to answer, for the Q&A session at the end of the meeting. Overall, it went very well and more than likely, we will do this again in the future, streaming online, along with the actual in person meeting. It was also recorded and has been placed on our website for anyone to go in and view at this time.

We opted for a virtual Annual Meeting utilizing FB live. To streamline the process as the CEO I facilitated all reports. Minutes and the Annual Report were posted to our .org site and referenced via link in the presentation. We provided members a 5 day window for any questions/objections prior to reports being accepted and approved as presented. The whole process went well, the heavy lifting is thinking through all the logistical moving pieces.
