Good Afternoon Everyone,
We recently received "formal" notification that our MCIF partner (Finastra) will no longer be supporting the system that we've had in-place for about 12 years. Our Touche Analyzer will be sunsetting in May 2021. So, we don't have much time to source another vendor, obtain quotes/demos and start the installation process!
Rather than just look at other vendors who might be possible alternatives, we're now looking for something a good bit more robust. Ideally, it would pull data from a wide variety of applications (i.e. Symitar core, MeridianLink New Account/Loan Application system, myCUMortgage LOS, etc.) so that all of our data "pockets" are brought into one place to help us develop a much more complete view of our members based on their relationships with us and possibly elsewhere.
We're also looking at setting up a CRM system as well.
Any chance of bringing all of these pieces together with just one system?
Any suggestions/partner recommendations would be most appreciated!
Hi Deborah,Hadn't heard this about Touché Analyzer but I'm not surprised. Finastra hasn't upgraded it in years and has a newer product called Fusion Analytics, so I figured it was just a matter of time until they stopped supporting Touché. We've been looking to replace this too but we haven't found an all-in-one solution yet. I do like Marketo for marketing campaigns and automation - you can connect it to some of the systems you mentioned. For analytics and reporting, I like Raddon's predictive analytics product. We looked at CRM as well. We're working on our own Data Warehouse, too. Theoretically it'll bring everything into one place, but this remains to be seen. But I think, however, short of a core system that comes with all of that - MCIF, CRM - you're going to have to cobble something together from 2 - 3 separate solutions.- Matt
Thank you for responding to my post.
I did some research yesterday into various systems that we could consider based on additional comments that I received through the CUNA and NAFCU listserves that I also participate in.
Core iQ from Onovative appears to provide the best of both worlds – MCIF/CRM/email and pulls together third-party data sources - https://www.onovativebanking.com/marketing_software_for_banks_and_credit_unions.html
It might be worthwhile for you to take a look at it as well.
Our checks supplier, Main Street, apparently just acquired Onovative in August. Curious to know more about their partnership.
