    I have talked with a few credit unions recently about how they are changing the way they plan and execute when it comes to talent acquisition. I am now wondering how others approach this.

    How has your credit union changed the way you acquire new talent?  Do you use a recruiting service or online tool?  How many in house recruiters do you have that are sourcing jobs? How has this process changed during the pandemic.
