    Good Morning Everyone,

     

    We were recently having a discussion about mobile marketing and wondered if anyone is serving up product-specific ads/texts through your own mobile banking app when members are shopping for a car, looking for a home, etc. to promote financing opportunities at your credit union.

     

    We realize that there would likely need to be an opt-in/permission granted clause that members would Docusign when they download the mobile banking app to allow marketing to take place, but we don't see this as a major obstacle since members are already opting in to receive alerts when their account reaches a certain balance, checks are cleared, etc.

     

    We're aware of marketing partners who could provide this service but it would be outside of our mobile banking app.

     

    Any feedback regarding mobile marketing within your mobile banking app would be much appreciated. If you happen to partner with Access Softek as your online/mobile banking provider, so much the better!
