    Good morning, would any of our fellow members here be willing to share a Compensation Setting "form" they may be utilizing when setting compensation for internal movement (promotion, lateral, or demotion) or a new hire?

    We use Comp Ease - from HRN performance solutions and have adopted a policy much from their sources.  it has grades, ranges, very fair and based on survey.
