What HR tech do you use?

    Hello!
    Hope you're all having a good week. We're planning an article about HR technology for the January 2020 print magazine and I'm wondering what companies you use for your

    • HR information system (payroll/other employee data tracking and management)
    • learning system/portal/platform (like CUES Learning Portal, which is part of your membership! Just click CUES Learning Portal under the content menu on this page!)
    • intranet
    so I can look to include them in the article.

    So happy that you have posted this.  I have tried to reach out a couple of times about HR systems etc.
    We use ADP workforcenow, we use it for HRIS, Policy acknowledgement, recruitment, and performance management at this time.
    we also use TLC as an LMS and Cusource as a content provider for another LMS and learning content.

    Looking forward to learn about others and their experiences

    We use G&A Partners (PEO)- Payroll, HR, Data Tracking, hiring, KUDOs Rewards for Employee Engagement and internal postings, Slavic 401K, HRN Performance Solutions - Perf Ease and Comp Ease.

    Hi @Lisa Hochgraf

    Here at PSECU (Pennsylvania State Employees CU), we use the following:

    - For HRIS we use UltiPro (including payroll, performance management, and recruiting)
    - For LMS we use UltiPro Learning (but we license several vendors for content, including BAI and ServiceSkills)​​
    - For our intranet we currently use Passageways (but we are probably going to move to SharePoint at some point)

    Hi Jeff,
    We started with UltiPro a couple of years ago and have added Recruiting and are just building the Talent Management module.  We looked at the Learning module a year or so ago but felt it wasn't as robust as the other modules yet. Just wondering how you like the Learning module?  Does it integrate well with the Performance Management module?
